Another customer opted to let their car breath a lot better by fitting our ITG Air Filters Profilter as part of their Stage 1 upgrade package.
Don’t forget, our collaboration with ITG is available across their entire product range.
To find out which options are available for your vehicle simply drop us a DM or call us on 0116 2165112.
Here it is, our all new Honda Civic Type R (FK8) Development Car.
As with everything we do, we’re going to do this platform the justice it deserves!
Stay tuned for enhancement by Speed Ministry options and all important power increases!
This Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe was in with us yesterday for a bespoke Stage 1 ECU recalibration.
Stock power run – 431 bhp | 422 lbf.ft
Stage 1 ECU recalibration power run – 492 bhp (+61) | 455 lbf.ft (+33)
We also fitted some Pipercross filters and were incredibly surprised at the condition of the standard filters considering the owner had just had a full service completed before coming up to see us.
It’s with great pride that we are able to confirm our partnership with ITG air filters.
Following months of working together, this partnership is another huge step forward as we continue to develop our product range!
Stay tuned for the full platform availability later this week!

This stunning MK7 Golf R might just be the loudest we’ve had in on the dyno!
We’ll be releasing full details of the Stage 2 once we’ve finalised the development.
The dust has settled back at base at Mallory Park following our first year exhibiting at The Performance Car Show at the NEC in Birmingham.
On display on our stand we had our C63 Coupe Development car complete with all of it’s enhancements by us including it’s all new HRE P101 Wheels, Speed Ministry Stage 1 ECU Recalibration – 575 bhp (+106) | 570 lbf.ft (+91), Pipercross panel filter, KW Suspension V3 Inox coilover kit, Akrapovic Evolution Line titanium exhaust and SM Carbon pack (front splitter, front dive planes, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and rear corner vents.)
We were also incredibly proud to be joined by AC Schnitzer who bought along their Nurburgring record breaking ACS5 Sport (F90 M5) which lapped the ring in a mind blowing 07:29:50 as well as having our BMW M2 Competition development car on the Akrapovic stand with our friends from Peron Automotive.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you that came over to see us on our stand inside Hall 4 and look forward to welcoming you to the unit!
We had Approved Performance’s Honda Civic Type R EP3 Cup Car in for some power runs on the dyno this week.
Incredible to see that a simple noise bung was restricting the car by 31BHP and 20 lbf.ft.
It is with great pride that we can officially announce our partnership with the VW Racing Cup as the 2019 power testing partners.
Using our in-house MAHA MSR-500/2 4wd dyno we will be conducting power tests on all cars competing in the championship throughout the 2019 season. Our engine calibration specialist Phil will also be attending all race meetings during the year to ensure a fair and controlled playing field for all competitors. Phil has years of experience with tuning OEM ECU setups and especially the VAG TFSI and TSI platforms, holding various performance records across a multitude of engine setups.
We look forward to a fantastic season ahead and wish all competitors a safe and successful year!

So there we have it, another year has passed but with it this time our first year trading at our Mallory Park facility, and what a year it has been!
We have worked on some of the finest cars ever made, created some incredible partnerships with our amazing suppliers and held the biggest AMG Private Lounge event ever in the UK!
And best of all? We’re only just getting warmed up!
2019 will be our biggest year yet as we grow our portfolio of services to include some exciting new additions to the Speed Ministry facility at Mallory Park and it all kicks off at the Autosport International Show at The NEC in Birmingham in just a few weeks!
In the meantime, we would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year!
It’s that time of year when people are unsure about what’s open and what isn’t, or even what day of the week it is so we wanted to take away the guess work… at least from our side any way! 🙂
The workshop will be closed over the holiday season from Thursday 20th December until Thursday 3rd January inclusive.
All emails, messages and phone calls will still be managed during this time but we won’t be able to book anything in until the doors reopen on 3rd January.
We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends a very Merry Christmas full of health, happiness and love! Here’s to a successful 2019 for all!
Your Speed Ministry Team 🧡
